All Phase Construction replaced 67 roofs in our community last year and did an amazing job, so naturally I chose them to do my own roof. From start to finish their crews were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. Despite all the rainy weather, foreman Matt was able to get the job done with only minor rescheduling. If you want a high-quality roof with experienced workmanship, All Phase Construction is my recommendation!

All phase just completed our roof and it looks great. It took a long time from the contract signing to completion due to permits, hoa approval and getting the tile roofing and constant rainy weather. All of the employees kept us informed about the process and time frames. We had a couple of issues of damage f guttering and stain on our driveway during the final laying of the tile roof but Matt is working on getting them corrected. A neighbor is having all phase re-roof their home and they have completed all of our community buildings. We are well pleased with the entire project and would recommend them as we have when talking to neighbors.

Highly recommend them for any work minor or major replacement. Our roof was in very poor condition when we purchased the house. Chris the owner and team are fantastic. I hired them to do multiple projects for my business including installing a new flat roof for a recent addition we added on for our store front. Could not be more pleased with the attention to detail and customer service provided by everyone working for this company. In a construction state where you hear nightmares about contractors have no fear with all phase. If you want the job done right this is the only company to hire in Florida!

Dave Korecky was my point of contact. He made everything go smooth and was accommodating for any concerns. I'd definitely recommend All Phase and strongly suggest requesting Dave. He gave me a very reasonable quote as well, better than the others I received. He also made sure there were no delays in completing the new roof unlike my neighbor's roofer which took almost 4 months.

Just had a great experience with All Phase Construction and the replacement of my roof. It was an older roof from 2004 that my insurance company didn't like, and they required a new roof in order for me to maintain insurance. My initial communications were with Dave Korecky and he provided me a detailed proposal to replace all the shingles on the roof, replace all the fascia surrounding the house, and replacing any rotted boards underneath the existing shingles. Dave was very responsive to my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. He was very helpful with scheduling the roof replacement within a short window that I had available, because we use the house as a Vacation Rental, and we're right in the middle of the busy season with several bookings at the house.Once the project started, my main point of contact was Dan, and he also was very helpful, and great at communicating with me. We discussed the details of the tear-off, the permitting process, the expected day and time of completion, and the final inspection requirement. Dan set the proper expectations with me, and made himself available for my questions that I had.I am very happy with the completed project, and I would definitely recommend using All Phase Construction to anyone who needs some roof work done. I'll refer them to anyone I speak to that is in need of some roof repairs and replacement, and will use them again in the future for any possible roofing needs.

We suddenly found ourselves with four leaks in our flat roof within a matter of a couple of weeks. We called All Phase Construction and within a day we had someone here to assess our situation. From the quoting process to the finished product the people at All phase construction were outstanding. Dave(the salesperson) Drew(the on-site manager) were professional, completely competent , responsive and respectful.Dave responded immediately to my quote request.He met me and my wife at the French Backery where he explained in detail the contract, how the price was arrived at and the process we could expect. But this was not the last time we saw Dave. He was available at every stage in the process. He kept us up to date answering every question as the job continued and was always available.Likewise Drew (Site manager) was a true professional. He was in constant contact as the job proceeded. Provided continual updates. There were no surprises. The job was completed on time and on budget.During installation the site was was meticulously cleaned every night. The crew arrived early each morning and worked continually trough the the day. The always wore mask and Complied with the HOA rules.Upon completion Dave provided the promised wind mitigation report for our insurance which resulted in a substantial savings. Drew provided a walk through , took pictures of the completed roof to show no broken tiles, explained how the attic fan works , and made sure the site was spotless.I interviewed a number of companies before retaining All Phase Construction... I made the right choice. They delivered more than they promised at a fair price and they made the experience painless almost pleasant.And at the end they delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my my wife.These guys are great. I recommend them without reservation. Give them a chance... you will be glad you did.

The is the second time I have used All Phase Construction USA for my tiffing needs. The first time was a few years ago for a roof leak and they were out the same day to repair the leak right before a hurricane was scheduled to hit. The second time was for my new roof. My new roof looks gorgeous! All Phase Construction is great at communicating what was going on an when stuff was going to happen. They were always available for questions/concerns. Dave Korecky kept me informed on every aspect on this huge project and even though we had some really challenging, unforeseen situations from our enormous tree that blocked all access to delivery of our roof tiles to hurricane postponement, we finally had a roof that was far superior to the original but secured our home from prior interior leaks and gave us peace of mind. Dave was always quick to respond to my text messages and I felt that our home was always his priority.I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their roof either repaired or replaced!!

All Phase did an amazing job for High Point of Delray West Section 1 which contains 92 buildings and a large clubhouse. In the 20 years of community association management this is by far the best re-roofing experience I have ever had. Not only were they upfront on all costs and professional - They finished the project 5 months ahead of scheduled closing date on contract. The Foreman Drew was amazing in how he took care of us and our residents like we were his family. I would highly recommend speaking to them for any community considering roof replacement.

Horrible company. They work illegally outside the state work times from 8-5. They started working on the roof at 7 am. The workmen were speaking English to each other then as I went to talk to them the boss acted like he didn’t speak any English. Worst company

We just used this company to replace our entire roof. It was a great experience: trouble free, pain free, everything was GREAT. Our project manager David, a very nice, patient and professional project manager handled this large and complicated project very well from permit, paper work, planning, scheduling to supplies and installations, even the last clean up. My experience from beginning to end with Allphase Construction was extremely positive. My salesperson worked with my insurance company on my behalf for my claim for my roof and took care of the review from my HOA. While it took awhile for my claim to come through, once it did David was very helpful, including scheduling the job so that I would not have the new tiles loaded onto my roof during hurricane season. I’m very pleased with the results and have recommended Allphase to a number of people.

When we first found out that we needed a new roof we were extremely cautious about doing our due-diligence to find a reputable company. We have heard horror stories about jobs not being completed by their contractors, huge delays in receiving their tiles because of back orders and their property looking like a war zone from the workmen leaving materials everywhere.We were given the name of two contractors who friends had used and we spoke with both who seemed competent, but did not have great follow through so my husband decided to do his own research.After coming across All Phase Construction in a Google search and reading a few good reviews, my husband decided to call them to schedule a meeting.Dave K. came out a few days later to meet with us and answer all of our questions. We were quite apprehensive about going with a company that we just chose off the internet, but Dave was very patient with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly and supplied us with all of the documentation and paperwork that we requested.We took the leap of faith and I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how happy we are that we did! Dave and his team showed up on time every day, they kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, the work crew swept and cleaned up after each day and when a tile accidentally fell and tore one of our screens on our back enclosure, Dave had a company out the next day to fix it at no cost to us.Once work began, our roof was completed within 3 weeks, (and that was only due to a hang up from our city inspector.)I'm sure that this company has quite a busy schedule with this type of customer service, but we never had to wait for a call back or an email update. (Dave even updated us as to our status while he was on his family vacation!)Our roof came out absolutely beautiful and our customer experience was stellar! All Phase is AAA+

Not a good experience. Contacted company off home advisor and got some person on the phone that barely knew anything about construction or remodeling. Told me my site was too small and that they “don’t have time for this”. Hung up on me and wouldn’t answer their phone again. Imagine hiring this company for a job and putting up with their arrogance afterwards.

This is the company you want to use the get the job done RIGHT!!! We are referring to them as the "A-Team". Another company started our roof. The other company 'butchered' our roof. Allphase was called in to re-do the job, so they had to undo what the other company did and finish the job. Chris and Crew told us exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to FIX it, and FIX it right. That's just what they did! They told us what was needed and they GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT. They even suggested a few 'improvements'. Their Crew was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The initial crew came in and tore off what needed to be removed. Brandon and his crew came in and made quick and efficient work of laying down and securing the new shingles. Brandon even made sure we got the RIGHT components to complete the install and give us piece of mind. Everything from showing up to clean-up was SPOT ON. They will talk to you, not at you. We HIGHLY recommend them.

This is an extremely interesting company. They are cutting the cost of commercial roof repairs by as much as 50% and giving exceptional warranties to go along with it. I am very impressed!
