Just Another Roofing Company? No Way! Take A Peek At The List Of Services That All Phase Construction Provides:

We get it. There are a lot of roofing companies in Florida. We’re one of them, but we want our customers to know we’re more than your average roofing company. Over the years, we’ve gone above and beyond to expand our list of services. By recruiting talent and training our teams well, we’ve expanded our skill sets and become experts in many techniques and processes which you just won’t get from your average roofer.

So, what services does All Phase Construction provide? Take a look.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofing is a common residential alternative to shingles in Florida. We love metal roofs because they can last up to 70 years, withstand the most powerful wind gusts, and reduce cooling costs by reflecting more UV and infrared light. However, metal roofing must be installed just right to perform well. At All Phase Construction, we install mechanically seamed metal roofs. These have the best uplift resistance in the industry and are often warranted for up to 50 years.

Tile Roofing

Tile roofing is another durable, wind-resistant, energy-efficient roofing option for residential homes. It has to be carefully installed, like metal roofing, for longevity and performance. All Phase Construction is certified by the Tile Roofing Industry Alliance. We adhere to the TRIA’s guidelines when installing tile, using two-part polyurethane foam to increase the uplift resistance and insulating properties of the roofs we install. We’ve had excellent results with our tile roofs over the years and look forward to installing more.

Single-Ply Roofing

In addition to residential roofing, we also work on commercial projects. Single-ply roofing is one of the most common types of roofing we install in commercial buildings. This type of roofing has been a game-changer in the commercial roofing industry. It is easy to install and incredibly leak-resistant. Even more remarkably, it reflects a lot of heat and can pay for itself within ten years, thanks to its energy savings benefits. We love helping business owners save money with this energy-efficient roofing solution.

Flat Roof Coatings

Replacing a flat roof can be a considerable undertaking, and we’re proud to offer an alternative. At All Phase Construction, we install the Conklin Roofing System, a roof coating placed directly over your current flat roof.

The system is a combination of polyurethane-modified acrylic and fabric. It has incredible tensile strength and can be applied over PVC, TPO, or bitumen roofs. It’s even warranted for 15 – 18 years with the option of adding an extended warranty. This flat roof coating has saved many customers from the headache of a complete flat roof replacement.

Commercial Roof Maintenance

Taking good care of a commercial roof will cause it to last longer and cause you fewer headaches over the years. However, every roof has somewhat different maintenance requirements. At All Phase Roofing, we treat every commercial roof like an individual. We’ll come out to assess your roof’s needs and create a custom maintenance plan just for you.

Having a custom maintenance plan – and skilled roofers to do the maintenance – will increase the life expectancy of your commercial roof. Regular maintenance costs are also tax deductible. Your insurance company may also discount premiums since roof maintenance reduces your risk of a significant roof failure. We love being able to help customers save money in these ways.

Ventilation Services

Ventilation is essential for roof health, and it’s something we really focus on as a company. If your roof is not adequately ventilated, heat will travel directly through the roof’s surface. This lack of ventilation in a hot climate like Florida can lead to premature roof deterioration and high energy bills. At All Phase Construction, we can assess your ventilation needs and add features like attic fans to better vent your roof. Many attic fans qualify for tax credits thanks to their energy-saving ability.

Solar Installation

As usual, we’ve saved the best for last. At All Phase Construction, we’re happy to have added solar panel installation to our service list. Through our solar division, All Phase Solar, we have partnered with Solar Scott to bring this green power source to countless Florida residents and businesses. We install not just solar panels but complete solar systems, including your inverter, racking, batteries, and charge controllers. Every design is customized to suit the owner’s roof and power-generating needs.

If you’re interested in learning more about solar installation or our other services, don’t hesitate to contact us. All Phase Construction is a Deerfield, Florida-based roofing company that always puts customers’ needs first. We’d be proud to use our diverse expertise and experience to help you create a healthier, sturdier, more energy-efficient home or business.
