HOW MUCH DOES A SCREEN ENCLOSURE COST?

HOW MUCH DOES A SCREEN ENCLOSURE COST?

HOW MUCH DOES A SCREEN ENCLOSURE COST?

This is a subtitle for your new post

The number one way to determine the cost of rescreening a pool or patio enclosure it to find out the square footage. It is important for someone to come out and measure each enclosure to determine the SQ FT and look at the condition of the structure itself. Putting new screen on failing structure won’t do any good for either party in the situation. It is important to check all the screws holding the enclosure together (beam screws, lag bolts into fascia, tap cons or anchor bolts into the foundation, etc.). Normal screen costs a $1.25 per SQ FT and can go up from there depending on the type of screen used and the difficulty of labor must be considered (second story, steep angle, tree cover, etc.).
